Alfredo Burger
This twist on an American classic satisfies the side other side of you that’s tired of the usual. Originating in Japan, this style of burger went viral on TikTok, Instagram, and wherever else you get your social media fix. Of course this has been replicated by others and now, here’s our version. We introduce chicken instead of beef for those who desire the taste of cock instead of beef (paws).
Ingredients
Burger Buns
Ground chicken
Diced Broccoli
Diced onions
Garlic
Swiss Cheese
Parmesan cheese
Heavy cream
Panko
Seasonings (salt, pepper, onion powder, dill, Lawrys)
Steps
For the broccoli hash: In a hot skillet, add the broccoli, onions, and fresh garlic. Sautee and season with salt and pepper until soft. Place to the side.
For the chicken burgers: in a bowl, mix the ground chicken with all the seasonings, eggs, and panko. Mix until even distributed. Keep in mind that one egg and one small pack of ground chicken can make 3 good sized burgers. You should add enough panko so that it sticks together to form the patties.
In a skillet, cook as you would your normal burger. A little oil, a hot pan, sear on both sides. After you flip it, add the Swiss. Cover and let the cheese melt for 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and add to the bun. Place the broccoli hash on top, then the top bun.
In a HOT skillet plate (or whatever they’re called), pour heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. Add some of the Parmesan and mix.
Slice your burger in half, then lay in the hot Alfredo sauce. Sprinkle with more parm and get ready to eat.
